SDG Empowers women, businesses and teams to manifest their greatness through strength based, solution focused coaching to create a plan of execution.
Coaching
SDG coaches women and leaders (male or female) to identify their strengths and walks them through a process to identify a solution. Coaching is provided either individually or in a group setting.
Consulting
SDG utilizes her expertise in residential services to help residential service providers (Regional Center Homes or Housing Services for individuals experiencing homelessness) to develop effective and efficient plans to grow their vision and mission.
Training
SDG utilizes her expertise in social work, person centered care and human centered design to develop trainings for teams that provide services to individuals with IDD and experiencing homelessness. SDG’s training emphasizes person centered care and treating individuals with dignity and respect.
Coach-Sulting
Coach-sulting is the dynamic duo, coaching and consulting in one. SDG utilizes Coach-sulting when an individual is in need of both of coaching and consulting.
